MAK
I am a white queer anti-racist organizer who cares deeply about issues of abolition, harm reduction, ending all forms of forced treatment, and meeting people's basic needs (housing, food security, healthcare, and community connection). I am trained as a researcher, critical management scholar, and theorist. I write and sometimes make art. I survive through gig work that some brand as consulting.
I live with the silliest rescue dog Lizzie Lou. She runs fast, jumps high, rolls over for belly rubs from kids at the bus stop, and sometimes carries her toys around the neighborhood.
Lizzie and I live on stolen land. Specifically, we currently rent an apartment on the ancestral and unceded homelands of the Wabanaki people commonly referred to as Maine after being displaced from ancestral and unceded lands of the Massachusett people whose name was appropriated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
